How do you ucreate a new database? Not just use the existing HR database. I want to create MYDB for e.g, how should I do that through the Web Interface?

The first thing you need to do before you create a DB is to plan.Planning has to do with analysing the system,creating your ERD's e.t.c

But to juggle past all this if it aint a very serious DB,after installation,go to start menu and then >RUN, then enter dbca and press enter.It would pop up the DBCA(database configuration assistant),then from here you can follow up to create your database
