PS I used to be a huge VMware fan but now increasingly use Oracle Xen VM Server and OpenVZ !

VMWare currently, but I've only tried it and VirtualBox.

there's a OpenVZ Live-CD and since it can only use 256M of disk space for each 7G VM it's well worth a look !
