Yuuguu is a tool that lets you see, share and take control of each other’s computer screens and applications.
Yuuguu also lets you speak to and message individuals and groups whilst you screen share so it feels like you're together in the same room.
Yuuguu shows you when your workmates and friends are online too, so you can switch them ‘on’ when you want them, and ‘off’ when you don’t.
World Community Grid's mission is to create
the largest public computing grid benefiting humanity. Our work is

This month a Fonero can refer three friends to get a FON for €/$ 20
There are three kinds of Fonero:
- Aliens are people who don’t share their WiFi yet and are charged €/$ 3 for a Day Pass to access the FON Community.
- Bills are Foneros who, instead of free roaming, get to make money from their FON Access Point.
- Linuses share their WiFi at home and in return get free WiFi wherever they find a FON Access Point.
One of my del.icio.us contacts has just posted a link to Yahoo!'s new service exclusively for teachers !
It will let teachers create and share standards-based materials and connect to other teachers.
You can learn more at http://teachers.yahoo.com.
ConceptShare allows you to easily share designs inside Workspaces that contain designs related to a certain topic or project. Invite people into a workspace. Invite team members, managers, clients, and consultants to add and reply to comments, chat and markup designs.
I;ve just plugged in my FON and turned it on then ran wi-fi radar and discovered there's now a choice of eight access points in my house.
You can install WiFi Radar from Ed/X/Ubuntu apt/aptitude/synaptic or get a tarball from wifi-radar.systemimager.
Let's hope they are operating on different channels (there are only 11 aren't there)
Anyhow I connected and logged onto FON_AP
